I was given a Christmas gift of “a cutting lesson with JP” and I was hooked. Cutting is a sport built of American history and is a thrilling way to challenge any rider and their horse. The right horse came along at the right time and JP and Jolynn have helped me to learn more about cutting and showmanship. JP is an excellent trainer and instructor and "Team Bell" has been very supportive and encouraging. They provide a positive atmosphere to learn and have fun all at the same time. |

"Kristin and Mark have shown pleasure horses together since Kristin was 3 years old. When she left for college, we sold her pleasure horses and that's when JP introduced Mark to cutting horses. He was hooked. On Kristin's first weekend visit from college she met us in Hinckley, MN to watch Mark ride cutting horses. JP put Kristin on a cutting horse too (just to let her see what it was like). That was 5 years ago and we have been with JP ever since! " Helen Lundeen |

"After farming and raising racehorses for years, Chuck was looking for something more. He wanted to find a Western event that he could excel in. We feel fourtunate to have met JP Bell when starting this adventure and Chuck bought his 1st Cutting Horse "Scout" from JP. Chuck is now on his 2nd Cutting Horse "Desiree" a daughter of High Brow Cat who was Co-Champion at the 2009 Royal Flush 5/6 Classic and marked a 73 with Chuck the next day in the $2000 Limit Rider." "I started showing western pleasure horses and went to a cutting horse demonstration and was very interested (but never thought I could stay on) Bought a cutting horse 3 months later and have been cutting for 4 years now. I've been with JP for almost 4 years now and he has helped me immensely!! He found the perfect horse for me Spookys Styling. We have accomplished a great amount in a very short time. "I started taking lessons with JP Nov. 2008 and attended one of his clinics. JP and Jolynn encouraged me to enter my first NCHA show Spring 2009, even though I wasn't sure I could do it. I earned a check at my FIRST show! At my third show I marked a 74! I know it is because JP pushed me to get better every time I dropped my hand. Thanks JP, I can't wait to get back in the showpen!" "I would say that my experience was amazing! Always wanted to try it and had no idea what a rush it would be. What I was able to learn in a couple of hours is a testament to the expertise and professionalism of your operation. I would love to have the opportunity to work with everyone there again!" "Hi all, I just had to let you know how much fun we (Brianna and myself) had at your clinic. I with I was able to attend both days, but Sunday was a blast! It was such a miserable day outside but just great in your arena. We love coming to your facility because it has such a laid back atmosphere that you feel right at home. No pressures, no one judges you harshly and you always feel welcome. Hope to see you all soon. Thanks again." Carrie

"Hi Jolynn, I just wanted to thank you, J.P. and Michael for the work you did on our horse. I rode him Sat, Sun., and Monday. At first I thought he was sick, he stood so quiet and behaved. Sunday I ponied a 5 yr old boy on one of my other horses behind Rowdy, he did very well. Then on Monday I ponied our new young molly mule behind him he did very well again. I also rode him in my arena, I know he now knows more than I do, so I hope to come up for more lessons on how to use leg cues on him. Scott and I are going back out to S. Dakota to ride the hills at the end of the month, so could I contact you when I get back to maybe set something up? Thanks again for all your help, you, J.P. and your staff are top notch. I will send friends to you for help." C. Kappes
